K24 Earth Dreams Cylinder Head Tear-Down Tray & Rocker Arm Holder Kit

Designed to keep cylinder head components organized and secure during disassembly, repair, and reassembly of Honda K24 Earth Dreams cylinder heads.

The system includes a dedicated cylinder head tear-down tray along with magnetic intake and exhaust rocker arm holders. The components can be purchased as a complete kit or individually, allowing technicians to choose only the pieces they need.

Cylinder Head Tear-Down Tray

The tray provides dedicated storage for the major cylinder head components as they are removed, helping keep everything organized and in the correct location for reassembly.

Designed to hold:

• Camshafts
• Camshaft caps
• Lost motion springs
• Cylinder Head Dowl Pins

Keeping these components organized during teardown helps prevent parts from being mixed up, misplaced, or installed in the wrong location during reassembly.

Magnetic Rocker Arm Holders

The K24 Earth Dreams cylinder head uses different rocker assemblies on the intake and exhaust sides. This kit uses four magnetic rocker arm holders for the intake side and four for the exhaust side.

The holders secure the rocker arms together as an assembly, making removal, storage, and reinstallation much easier while helping prevent the individual rockers from moving or falling out of position.

The rocker assemblies can also be stored with the holders installed, keeping everything together and ready for reinstallation.

Intake Rocker Holders – K20 & K24 Earth Dreams

The four intake rocker arm holders are compatible with both K20 Earth Dreams and K24 Earth Dreams engines.

These are the same intake holders used with my K20 Earth Dreams cylinder head tools, making them interchangeable between the two engines.

Exhaust Rocker Holders – K24 Earth Dreams

The four exhaust rocker arm holders are designed specifically for the K24 Earth Dreams cylinder head.

The K20 Earth Dreams does not require these exhaust holders, so this set is intended for K24 applications only.

• The exhaust rocker arm holders are for K24 Earth Dreams applications only.
• These tools are fully 3D printed. Minor surface variations or small discrepancies in the print are normal due to the printing process and do not affect performance.
• Certain brake cleaners may cause surface discoloration. This does not compromise tool function.
